She is a Certified Private Mediator practising in Kenya and a Certified Human Resource Professional, CHRP(K). Salome currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Jonice Skip Trace Limited, where she provides leadership in organizational strategy, operational excellence, governance, policy development, business process improvement, and institutional growth.
